The Yellow Ribbon Initiative is our flagship reintegration programme designed to support men and women transitioning out of the Kenyan correctional system. With Kenya’s recidivism rate estimated between 30–40%, there is a critical need for structured post-release support to break the cycle of re-incarceration and build safer communities. 

Why Your Partnership Matters

 We believe that reintegration is a community process, not an individual one. We are seeking partners to collaborate across our ten integrated service pillars, specifically in areas such as: 

 Vocational & Skills Training: Providing certified courses in carpentry, plumbing, and digital skills. 

 Employer Partnerships: Joining a vetted network of employers offering internships and formal employment. 

 Legal Aid & Document Recovery: Assisting participants in recovering national IDs and navigating legal hurdles. 

 Mental Health & Rehabilitation: Supporting trauma-informed counseling
