Vabu enables independent organizers to create and manage experiences. We do not directly host or manage the events & experiences listed on Vabu.
By purchasing and attending any event & experiences listed on Vabu, you acknowledge the following:
1. Photography and Videography
Each organiser may have their own policy regarding photography and videography at their event.
Any photo or video capture at the event will be subject to the terms and consent agreements set by the specific event organizer.
2. Media Usage Consent
Vabu does not automatically claim rights to your image or likeness.
If the organizer chooses to share or use photos or videos from the event (including content captured during your attendance), your consent will be based on what you agree to when purchasing a ticket or attending that specific event.
Organisers are expected to clearly communicate any media usage policies during the ticketing or check-in process.
3. Organizer Responsibility
Media policies, consent terms, and data usage are the
sole responsibility of the experience/event organizer. Vabu is not responsible for how images or videos are captured, used, or shared by organisers or other third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
Vabu will not be held liable for the misuse or distribution of your image by third parties, organizers, or other attendees.
5. Updates to this Disclaimer
Vabu reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Updates will be posted on the Vabu website and social media platforms.
