• ​​Comfortable clothing—Dress for ease and movement. We’ll be doing Yoga, sitting outdoors, and relaxing into the day. Carry an extra layer of clothes because of the changing weather.
• ​​A physical book if reading is your chosen hobby please note: (no e-readers or phones).

Pottery and Presence- while spending 8hrs OFFLINE Together we shall be building and creating with our hands.

A 2 HR mindful and grounding session of The Disconnect event meant for Presence, Conversations and Connection within the Community.
