The Tech Sisters Kenya Meet n Greet is a social community hangout designed to bring Tech Sisters(Women Only ) together offline to relax, have fun, make new friends, and strengthen our sense of sisterhood.

This isn't a conference, workshop, or career session. It is intentional time to simply be together away from the usual talks, panels, and professional conversations.

Expect a day of playful connection through icebreakers, games, Kenyan-inspired social activities, team-building challenges, Jenga, music, an open mic for your tech sisters kenya story, and plenty of room for spontaneous conversations and laughter.

As part of our commitment to measuring community growth, we'll also create moments for members to share, connect, and help us understand how relationships and belonging are growing within the Tech Sisters Kenya community.

What to come with

🎮 Bring a Game:
Have a favourite indoor game at home? Bring it along! It could be cards, Jenga, chess, Kenya at 50, a board game, or any other game that can be enjoyed indoors with fellow Tech Sisters.

👭 Tag Along a Sister:
Know a woman in tech who would love to be part of the Tech Sisters Kenya community? Bring her along! Whether she's a developer, designer, student, entrepreneur, tech enthusiast, or simply exploring her place in tech, we'd love to meet her.

🍿 Bring a Snack and/ drink for Two:
Carry one of your favourite snacks or drinks (non -alchoholic) to share with another Tech Sister. You never know who you'll meet or what conversation might begin over a shared bite.

Who is the event for? 

The event is open to women in tech across career levels and stages — from beginners and students to experienced professionals, leaders, founders and women exploring their place in technology.

It is particularly relevant for women who:

• Want to meet and connect with other women in tech.
• Are looking to build friendships, peer relationships and professional connections.
• Are already part of Tech Sisters Kenya and want to deepen their community relationships.
• Are curious about Tech Sisters Kenya  and want to experience the community beyond online interactions.
• Would like to bring another woman in tech into a supportive women in tech community.
• Want a relaxed social experience rather than another formal career or learning event.
