About Funding & Resource Mobilization Workshop

Join us for the Funding and Resource Mobilisation Workshop under the theme “Financing Social Change,” organised by MuemAction Post.

Many Community-Based Organisations (CBOs), Public Benefit Organisations (PBOs) and social enterprises have great ideas and impactful programmes but struggle to access funding, write competitive proposals, generate income and sustain their operations. This workshop aims to help address these challenges.

Over two days, we will explore practical ways to identify funding and income opportunities, write winning grant proposals, develop marketable products, improve sales and sustain organisational cash flow. You will gain practical skills, knowledge and tools to diversify income, attract funding and build a financially sustainable organisation.
